 My Self Poem
I once was a woman who kept herself hidden,
A woman who always felt she was forbidden.
I once was a woman who never spoke her mind,
A woman who knew that the world could be unkind.
I once was a woman who felt she was unworthy,
A woman who was different because she was earthy.

Now I am a witch who knows her power and presence,
A witch who holds her value and worth in remembrance.
Now I am a witch who nourishes, nurtures and prioritizes herself,
A witch who needs no outside approval nor puts herself up on a shelf.
Now I am a witch who lives with the cycles of the earth and moon,
A witch who lifts others up all the while singing her own tune.
